Ohaneze Ndi Igbo To Persuade Nnamdi Kanu To Discontinue Radio Biafra

Ohaneze Ndi Igbo says it will persuade Radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi Kanu to discontinue the operation of the pirate radio, Radio Biafra when released from detention

Kanu was dragged to Court for treason by the Federal Government.

Ohaneze Youth Wing President, Mazi Okechukwu Iziguzoro who spoke to newsmen in Abuja, said the apex Igbo Socio Cultural body has also opened talks with with top presidency officials to “ apply political solution” to the problem.

 He said the discussions with presidency officials remain a secret as he will not divulge information on the matter for “securing reasons”

He also said notable traditional rulers  in the country such as Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ Ad Abubakar, Oba Adeyemi Ogunwusi, Enir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, and Emir of Boru Kingdom have been consulted to intervene on the matter.
