A former National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Umeh has been released by the Department of State Services (DSS) Friday, March 4, 2016
Umeh was quizzed yesterday March 3, 2016 in his Aguluzigbo country home in Anambra State and later whisked to Abuja for questioning on his alleged sponsorship of the pro-Biafra group, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
APGA, his party described the arrest as obnoxious and despicable and expressed regret that the DSS has become a willing tool in the hands of political desperadoes aiming to intimidate their political opponents.
