Soccer stars such as Ronaldo and Thierry Henry will be part of a soccer kiddies camp in Canada founded by former Nigeria Super Eagles Captain, Nwankwo Kanu.

Kanu a two-time African Footballer
of the Year said he is committed to raising budding youngsters that would surpass his football heroics.
He said this motivated him to set up an Academy that
would help these talented kids fulfil their potentials.
Speaking in Lagos,
Kanu who revealed that the likes of Kelechi Iheanacho and the Nwakali brothers,
Chidiebere and Kelechi, in the past went through his Academy expressed hope that there many other players are out there waiting to be discovered.
He said “If you want to be like Kanu, then
you have to do it like Kanu,” .
“This is another way of giving back
to the society that raised me; we are planning a soccer camp for now in Canada
where we hope to bring in kids from across the world to benefit from the
knowledge of these stars”.
The organisers explained that the
International Camp will be in two phases; August 1st- 14th and August 15th-28th
, 2016.
The camp will see kids from Asia,
Europe and America join their African counterparts to go through intensive
soccer training, moral and educational lessons from the African legend himself
and a host of other notable names like Ronaldo, Henry, Dennis Bergkamp and
Patrick Viera to mention a few.
