2016 Budget Will Bring Change In Nigeria, Says Ogbonnaya Onu

The Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu has declared that the much anticipated change will come when only when the Federal government signs and implements the 2016 budget.
Onu who spoke during the launch of an updated edition of a book; “Each Man, His Time – The Biography of An Era,” written by a former Minister of Information, Prince Tony Momoh in Mararaba, Nasarawa State, said the soon Nigerians will begin to reap the benefits of the change mantra.

He pointed out that Buhari administration is still operating the 2015 budget prepared by the outgone Jonathan administration.

Onu said, “Change won’t come until the 2016 budget is signed. What we are using now is the 2015 budget which was not done by us. Our president has restored our image to the position of repute, so let’s support him.”

The Minister noted that President Muhammadu Buhari was working tirelessly towards ensuring he meets up with his campaign promises of ‎providing job opportunities and securing the lives and property of Nigerians.
