Okorocha Will Give Account of Funds Allocated To Imo- Ihedioha

 




Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha has said  that Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State will give account of the monies allocated to the State since he emerged Governor.

Ihedioha who spoke at his country home in Mbutu, Aboh Mbaise, said soon, time will come when the Imo Governor will be questioned to give account of how he managed the commonwealth of the people of Imo State.

He stated that PDP Federal lawmakers from the Imo State have decided not to heat up the polity in the State, in order not to send an erroneous impression that they are causing confusion for the APGA led government in Imo

Ihedioha stated that the development of the State remains a priority in the State as they are attracting Federal Projects that will improve the lot of the people. He advised the people of Imo State to look towards the direction of the PDP and embrace it  in order to enjoy the dividends of democracy in the next political dispensation.

The Deputy Speaker who gave an account of his stewardship said efforts are in to extend dividends of democracy beyond his Federal constituency, adding that the youth empowerment programme for seven hundred youths in the State is aimed at creating job opportunities and minimize unemployment
