The Supreme Court has adjourned
to October 31st, 2013 to hear the appeal filed by Imo State
Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA)
against the ruling of an appeal Court sitting in Owerri which granted the
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Governor Ikedi Ohakim the leave to
appeal on the ruling of the Federal High Court, Owerri as an interested party.
The presiding Judge, Justice
Mohammed Tanko was reported to have declared that the matter is not encumbered
by time bar, since it is not a tribunal matter.
