The governor who spoke while receiveing a copy of the agreement between the State government and Labour from the NLC President, Comrade Ayuba Wabba and Chairman of the Joint Committee, Hon Ikenna Emeh said” the agreement will place the truth on a practical manner because people never believed when I disclose what is being gotten from the Federation Account”
