Ahead Of APC Congress, Convention: Party Leaders Move To Share Offices

Political horse-trading has become intense in the main opposition party, the All Progressive Congress, as the party leadership move to share political and party offices.

A source in the party said zoning may  be  a huge determinant factor in sharing party offices and allocating positions.

The just concluded registration exercise carried out by the party is also expected to influence which zone gets what in the exercise. 

However, there are feelers that the party has concluded palns to zone the party chairmanship slot to the South East zone, while the North and the South West will settle for the presidential and vice presidential slots respectively.

This blog was informed that a meeting tagged APC ratification meeting is expected to hold on Thursday, 20^TH March, 2015 where issues affecting the party will be discussed.

The meeting is also expected to review the registration of party members and put in place modalities for the conduct of the party’s congresses and national convention expected to hold next month
