PDP National Leaders Storm Imo For Senatorial Re Run On Saturday, July 23

Information reaching INNONEWS.COM reveal that top leaders of the People Democratic Party, PDP, from Abuja  are now in Owerri, Imo State capital  for onward movement to Okigwe  to aid the party’ senatorial candidate in the  Imo North Senatorial Re Run Polls, Senator Athan Achonu  emerge victorious in the election
.
 Among those on the PDP team from Abuja include some members of the National Caretaker Committee such as Senator Ben Obi, Abdul Ningi and other leaders. They arrived the Sam Mbakwe International Airport today, July 20, 2016 and were received on arrival by former Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha.

Online pictures obtained by this newspaper shows that they were also received  by some PDP stalwarts in Imo State including some LGA party Chairmen who were on ground for their arrival
The PDP and APC are neck deep in a battle for supremacy for Imo North Senatorial Seat
